We provide exhaustive operational demonstrations and practical setup instructions for all types of machinery prior to sale. We initiate the final invoicing process only when the consumer is fully satisfied with the machine's functional performance, speed variations, and safety mechanisms.
We impart thorough technical knowledge regarding installation steps and setting mechanisms to each consumer prior to purchase. Please note that we do not offer any commercial warranty or operational performance guarantee for the machinery. Once a machine has been sold, all sales are final; we do not take back deliveries and do not issue refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
Technical Maintenance & Jurisdiction Notice: In the event of an operational complaint or mechanical failure, the consumer shall be solely liable to transport the machinery back to our specialized Rajkot workshop/office to complete the necessary technical repairs at their own expense. All legal disputes are strictly subject to Rajkot Jurisdiction only.
Ensure the machine is bolted securely to a level, vibration-free concrete floor space before firing up the electrical motor. Uneven structural alignment will accelerate blade wear and tear.
Verify that your main factory line matches the single-phase or three-phase specification listed on your model plate (e.g., 0.5 HP or 2.0 HP, 1440 RPM, 50 Hz). Running under-voltage will damage the internal stator coils.
For Models 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, adjust the blade clearance settings using the side calibration bolts before introducing bulk batches of raw material. Avoid contact between the moving knives and the fixed anvil plate.
Apply industrial gear grease or high-grade mechanical oil to all main drive gears, bearing blocks, and sliding tracks every 8 operating hours to prevent friction build-up and overheat stress.
For hopper models (003A, 003B) and raw slice cutters, feed the betel nut or product uniformly. Do not overstuff the hopper beyond its designated capacity limits to maintain smooth particle sizing outputs.
Our engineering division supplies high-grade replacement blades, custom-sized hoppers, and replacement motor pulleys directly from our factory floor in Rajkot.
